Chairperson of the Georgian Association of Mediators, Irakli Kandashvili held an introductory meeting with the representatives of the Turkish business associations.
At the meeting the parties talked about mediation as a new dispute resolution mechanism in Georgia.
The meeting was opened by the Ambassador of Turkey to Georgia, H.E. Fatma Ceren Yazgan.
The parties discussed future perspectives of cooperation, within the framework of which Turkish citizens and business entities operating in Georgia will receive information on mediation mechanism in case of dispute.
The meeting particularly focused on the advantages which have no alternative for the parties to dispute, to ensure protection of their interests quickly and effectively by way of mediation.
