On October 5, the Mediators Association of Georgia organized a webinar - "On the Singapore Convention" for the members of the Association, which was led by a certified mediator of the Singapore Mediation Center, Dr. - DR. Bharati Rao.
The event was opened by Irakli Kandashvili, Chairman of the Mediators Association of Georgia.
The meeting underlined the importance of the Singapore Convention in mediating international commercial disputes and noted that the Convention provides more effective means of enforcing mediation outcomes. A discussion was held at the end of the event.
LEPL "Mediators Association of Georgia" continues international cooperation and will give the members of the association the opportunity to get acquainted with the international practice in the field of mediation.
