Ana Jaoshvili – mediator since 2024
Ana holds a Bachelor of Law from Tbilisi State University and a Master’s degree in Civil Business Law from Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University.
Starting as an intern at the Tbilisi City Court in the Board of Civil Cases, Ana gained valuable hands-on experience that laid the groundwork for a seamless transition into the private sector. In 2020 Ana joined JSC TBC Bank as a Lawyer in the Litigation Unit. Ana has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2021.
In addition to practical experience, Ana has participated in various conferences and trainings, such as Personal Data Protection Regulation Under the New Law, Peculiarities of Drafting Procedural Documentation and its Legal Justification, etc.
Ana has successfully completed the 62-hour Mediator Certification Program organized by RESOLVE and accreditied by Mediators Association of Georgia.
