Davit Gvenetadze - mediator since 2024


Davit Gvenetadze has many years of experience in various law fields in the public and private sectors. From 2012 to 2013, he worked in the Administrative-Legal Department of the United Amelioration Systems Company of Georgia. From 2014 to 2021, he provided legal support for the Education and Culture Commission of the Tbilisi City Assembly. In 2022, he completed internships at the German law firms Graf von Westphalen and Brödermann Jahn Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft. From 2023 to 2024, he worked as a lawyer in the Legal Department of JSC Bank of Georgia. Since 2025, he has been a lawyer at the consulting firm Orson Co.

David Gvenetadze holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the David Aghmashenebeli University of Georgia, a Master's degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, and a Master's degree in Law and Business from Bucerius Law School (Germany). He has published numerous legal articles in Georgian, English, and German, as well as one authored book.


He is an arbitrator at the Dispute Resolution Centre (DRC), an accredited member of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators, and a member of the Georgian Bar Association. He is also a mediator and court mediator at the Mediators Association of Georgia. Additionally, he is a member of the ICC YAAF of the International Chamber of Commerce, the HK45 of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the B40 Society of the Swiss Arbitration Association, the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), the DIS40 of the German Arbitration Institute, the Young ICCA of the International Council for Commercial Arbitration, the Italian Young Arbitration Association, the Y&I of the International Dispute Resolution Centre, the WIPO ADR Young Group of the World Intellectual Property Organization, the Young SIAC of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, the Young ITA of the Institute for Transnational Arbitration at the Centre for American and International Law, the TIAC45 of the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre, the YAAP of the Austrian Arbitration Association, and the Young IMA of the Institute of Modern Arbitration.
