Eduard Amoevi - mediator since 2023
Currently Legal Director of Caucasus in the international company JTI and member of the Georgian Bar Association in the field of civil/administrative law.
Lawyer, holds Master’s (LL.M) degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law as well as Bachelor's (LL.B) degree from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Faculty of Law. Has completed several certification and training courses, including the joint 12-week certificate program in copyright law (CopyrightX) of Harvard Law School and the Faculty of Law of Tbilisi State University.
Eduard worked at various times in the McGill Law firm, provided legal support to large FMCG companies on the Georgian market and in 2021-2022, served as a member of the Appeal commission of the Georgian Rugby Union.
In 2021, Eduard completed a mediation (60-hour) certification training course organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) of Tbilisi State University.
His mediation practice includes commercial, labor, and contractual relations.
