Florensia Kashkhchiani - mediator since 2024
Florensia Kashkhchiani is a dedicated lawyer with a strong academic background and extensive professional experience. She holds a bachelor's degree from the Faculty of Law at Free University of Tbilisi and is currently a candidate for a master's degree in business law, specializing in tax law, at the same institution.
Florensia has completed a 60-hour mediation certificate training organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. She successfully passed the three-step program stipulated by the certification rules of the Association of Mediators of Georgia.
Since 2018, Florensia has practiced in both civil and administrative law. She began her legal career at a law firm before transitioning to a corporate lawyer role within an auditing company. In 2020, she joined the international firm EY, where she currently holds the position of senior tax specialist, focusing on tax and immigration law.
In addition to her professional practice, Florensia is actively involved in academic pursuits. She began her academic journey as a lecturer's assistant at Free University of Tbilisi and now serves as a lecturer with the Georgian Federation of Professional Accountants and Auditors, where she teaches a course on recent amendments in Georgia's tax legislation.
