Gvantsa Tatoshvili - mediator since 2025
Currently Managing Partner of SLP Law Office (since 2025) and co-founder of SLP Academy, Gvantsa Tatoshvili is a Georgian-qualified lawyer and certified mediator where she leads high-impact legal advisory and educational initiatives for corporate clients, startups, and cross-border ventures. Her expertise spans corporate governance, commercial transactions, compliance, and legal frameworks for business scaling, with a growing focus on innovation and legal technology.
She is pursuing a PhD at New Vision University (2024–present) in AI Assistance in the Formation of Intent (Legal Tech), exploring the intersection of technology, law, and decision-making. Gvantsa holds an LLM in Private Law from Tbilisi State University, complemented by studies in Corporate Law at Universidade da Coruña (Spain) through an EU-funded academic exchange programme, and in International Private Law at Vytauto Didžiojo Universitetas (Lithuania) through the same programme. She also earned her LLB in Law from Tbilisi State University.
Her professional trajectory includes serving as COO and Head of Legal at IBCCS Georgia (2023–2025), lawyer at Ecovis Georgia (2021–2023), and earlier legal roles with the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association and Legal Clinic “My Lawyer” (2018–2019). A member of the Georgian Bar Association since 2019, she has provided strategic legal counsel to multinational corporations and SMEs alike.
