Mentor Lawyer at Georgian Bar Association, trainer at the Georgian Finance and Accountant Institute. She is a Lawyer with profession and holds Master’s degree from the Law School of Caucasus University, and Bachelor’s degree from Georgian Technical University.
With profession a lawyer – PhD-candidate at the Law School of the Caucasus University, Graduated Masters in Law from Caucasus University, and Bachelors in Law at Georgian Technical University.
In 2019, undergone Certified Training in Mediation (40-hour), jointly supported by Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University’s National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (TSU NCADR), Tbilisi Open University’s Center for Law and Economics (TOE CoLE). Also, in 2019, she undergone the program (DL-101) of World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Iza’s mediation categories are: Corporate Law, Liabilities, Commodity, Family, Hereditary, Contract, Individual and Collective Labor Law, Banking, and Tax Disputes.
Regarding professional experience, from 2009 to present, she worked in private and public sector. From 2013 to 2016, she served as the Inspector at the Security Service of Penitentiary Department of the Ministry of Corrections and Probation of Georgia. Iza holds the rank of Senior Lieutenant. From 2016 to 2018 worked as a lawyer with different companies. From 2018 to now is a practitioner Lawyer, and from 2021 Founding Partner of the law company BC & Partners, and BB Partners.
