Mariam currently serves as the Head of the Legal Department at Regional Healthcare Center LLC and as the Director of Medical Legal Consulting Group LLC, where she also acts as a Personal Data Protection Expert. She has many years of professional experience in both the private and public sectors, providing legal services and strategic legal support. Her work covers legal consulting and process management in the fields of labour law, contract law, healthcare law, and personal data protection.
She has collaborated with various organizations on the development of legal departments, the management of complex litigation and administrative disputes, as well as the full revision and reform of internal regulations and personal data protection documentation for healthcare institutions. She has significant experience in the legal guidance and oversight of agreements and transactions. Her professional focus is directed particularly toward labour relations, healthcare law, personal data protection law, as well as civil and administrative legal proceedings.
Mariam Gokhidze holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Her professional development includes participation in international programs and specialized training courses, particularly in the fields of medical law, contract law, and labour law. She is distinguished by an analytical, structured, and results-oriented approach, ensuring the effective management of legal processes and maintaining high standards in organizational legal governance.
