Mariam Isakadze - mediator since 2023
Mariam is a lawyer by profession and hold a bachelor's degree from Ilia State University. Currently She is studying at the National University of Georgia at the master's level. She has undergone trainings on the skills and specifics of the lawyer's activities, the art of effective communication and investigation methodology. Also, in the fall semester of 2022-2023 academic year she led a training course within the framework of a practical course (street laws) at the National University of Georgia.
In 2021, She completed a mediator certificate online training course accredited by the Mediators Association of Georgia. For the period from 2/02/2019 to 12/05/2019 was an intern at the "Your Lawyer" law office, where she took a course in civil law. Thay discussed real cases in the direction of civil law, attended court proceedings, drew up legal documents.
For the period from 1/10/2020 to 1/13/2020 she served internship in the legal firm "geto project", where she took a course on writing a scientific paper, academic writing, art of presentation and public speaking. SHE attended trainings on various legal issues.
In the year 06/11/2020 - 09/12/2020, she was an intern of the assistant to Judge of the Chamber of Criminal Cases Besik Bugianiashvili at Tbilisi Court of Appeals. She has dealt with cases involving property crimes as well as sexual crimes. She helped the assistant in drafting legal documents and in technical matters. She also completed a criminal law course, practical part and participated in mock trials.
In 16/09/2020 – 16/12/2020 She was an intern at the School of Beginner Lawyers, where She took the course in criminal law. She discussed real cases, drew up legal documents and attended court proceedings. Currently, She is an intern at the Legal Division of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia.
