Mariam Marshanishvili - mediator since 2024
Currently Senior Lawyer at Metal Construction Georgia LLC and Personal Data Protection Officer and lawyer at COS – Concept Of Safety. Mariam also cooperates with the City Hall of Lanchkhuti and engages in volunteer activities, conducts trainings for young people, including mediation.
She has a bachelor's degree in law from The University of Georgia LLC and a master's degree in common law from The University of Georgia LLC. She passed bar exam – General specialization.
In 2023, he passed the 62-hour mediator certification training conducted by RESOLVE, and was involved in the preparation processes for the international mediation competitions. In 2022 she won "Law School and Competition in Mediation" organized by European Law Students’ Association Georgia. She is an accredited mediator in the Tbilisi City Court.

Mariam has attended various European training courses and summer schools, such as European Data Protection training by International Association of Privacy Professionals, Summer school of Grigol Robakidze University and Julius-Maximilians-Universitat Wurzburg in cooperation with the Constitutional Court of Gorgia on the topic ,,European and Constituctional Standarts of Human Right Protection’’. Summer School on Criminal Law and Human Rights at the University of Cologne (Germany), Erasmus+ training course on non-formal education and communications in Poland.
