Mariam has a Master’s Degree in Law and additionally is a certified mediator with many years of experience in the public sector. She has more than 17 years of professional experience in the field of administrative, civil and enforcement law, providing the opportunity to analyze conflicts in depth and to promote balanced, interest-oriented solutions during the mediation process.

During her professional career, she actively worked with citizen complaints, litigation and non-litigation, dissention and sensitive issues, which has significantly helped her on development of effective communication, active listening, and negotiation skills. Currently, at the National Bureau of Enforcement (LEPL), as the Manager of Department of Parties’ Interests Protection and Mediation, identifies and analyzes causes for legal conflicts between parties and develops recommendations for their prevention.

Mariam has completed a full course of professional training in the field of mediation, including a 60-hour mediation training course from The Mediators Association of Georgia, specialized mediation courses and has passed the mediators’ qualification exam. She has also completed conflict management, customer-oriented communication, theoretical and practical issues of enforcement law, media communication, and other professional trainings. Mariam is distinguished by neutrality, strict adherence to ethical standards, and the ability to create a safe and constructive environment based on trust between conflicting parties.
