Since 2013, Natia Nakashidze has been actively engaged in the legal profession as a lawyer and attorney-at-law. She is the Founder, Managing Partner, and Director of Nakashidze & Partners, and since 2023, she has been heading the firm’s branch office in the Italian Republic, where she practices as a migration lawyer and acts as the Managing Partner of the Immigration Department. Natia Nakashidze is an accredited mediator by the Mediators Association of Georgia. She successfully completed a 60-hour certified training course organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) at the Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.
In 2025, Natia Nakashidze successfully completed a specialized joint professional program organized by the Georgian Bar Association, the Institute for Anwaltsrecht at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Institut für Anwaltsrecht an der LMU), and the Georgian-German Institute of Law. As a result, she obtained the status of a specialized attorney in the field of Construction and Architectural Law.
In 2024 Natia Nakashidze was granted the official status of Data Protection Officer, furthermore, she’s a specialized attorney in Juvenile Justice and Child Rights (Civil Branch). She practices in the field of legal protection of migrants both in Georgia and Italy. She is distinguished for her expertise in Family Law, including inheritance, divorce, and property disputes, where she has not only achieved numerous successful outcomes but also contributed to the creation of significant legal precedents and established a strong professional reputation.
