Nino Nozadze - mediator since 2026
Nino has been a Mediator since 2026. Currently, she is the Chief Specialist at the Dispute Resolution Division of the Legal Department of the LEPL National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement.
In 2011, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at Ilia State University and obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Law. In 2017, she completed the Master’s program in Business Law at the Georgian Technical University and was awarded a Master’s degree in Law.
In 2020, she received a DAAD (German Academic Exchange Service) scholarship for the German-language LL.M. program at the University of Cologne.
Since 2016, she has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association, practicing as a lawyer in civil and administrative law. From 2019 to 2022, she was a member of the Labor Law Committee of the Georgian Bar Association. Since 2018, she has been a member of the Georgian Association of Arbitrators (GAA). Since 2025, she has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Professional Experience: She has 15 years of experience working as a lawyer in both local and international business sectors, as well as in public institutions and private organizations. From 2010 to 2014, she worked at the National Bureau of Enforcement in various positions.She also has experience working with problematic assets in banks and microfinance organizations.From 2014 to 2026, she held positions as Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal Departments in several companies, including: Agrobest Georgia LLC; Sandro Akhmeteli Drama Theatre (LEPL); Ultra Computer Company LLC; Fresco supermarket chain; GLS Holding.She also has experience working on legislative initiatives and amendments.
She has completed the three-stage certification program of the Georgian Mediators Association. In addition, she has participated in numerous international conferences andhas obtained certificates in various relevant legal topics.
