Currently, the assistant to the judge of the Human Resources Management and Legal Assurance Service of the Tbilisi Court of Appeal - senior specialist of the first category; Doctoral Law student of East European University.
Lawyer by profession, owns Bachelor of Law degrees of Tbilisi State University and Master of Private Law degrees of Georgia Technical University.
Since 2022, Tamar has completed a 60-hour certification training in Mediation (TSU National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, 2021). She is accredited mediator since 2023.
Tamar's mediation case categories are:commercial, copyright, labor, family, business (contractual obligations) and inheritance disputes.
As for professional experience: from May 2010 to the present, she is an assistant to the judge of the Human Resources Management and Legal Assurance Service at the Tbilisi Court of Appeal; 2008-2009 Secretary.
She has completed a number of trainings and educational courses, including: WIPO - COPYRIGHT AND RELATED RIGHTS; Council of Europe - HELP - access to justice for women; The CEELI Institute - Digital Justice in Central and Eastern Europe - achieving Transparency, Accountability and Fairness; European Union for Georgia (EU4Justice) - summer school of justice; She has successfully passed qualification exam for a judges in the specialization of civil and administrative law, also the Georgian Bar Exam with general specialization.
