Currently, she is an Invited Lecturer at Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University,Faculty of Law; Lawyer in the legal department at Tbilisi City Hall.Lawyer by profession, holds bachelor's and master's degrees in law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.Currently she is a PhD student on the Faculty of Law at Tbilisi State University. Tamar has been a member of the Georgian Bar Association (GBA) since 2017. She is an advocate.

Tamar has undergone certification training in mediation (80 hours), supported by Tbilisi State University, the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) and the Georgian Bar Association (GBA). In addition, Tamar successfully underwent a three-stage certification program conducted by the Mediators Association of Georgia.
