Tamta Devdariani-Mediator since 2019

Currently holds position of Head of Communications, Analytical and Committee affairs Department at Georgian Bar Association (LEPL).
As a lawyer she holds Master’s Degree from the University of Cologne (Germany) and Bachelor’s Degree from Georgian Technical University.
In 2019, Tamta underwent certified training in Mediation (40-Hours Basic Mediation Training) supported and organized by National Center For Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCDR) TSU, the Georgian Bar Association (GBA) and Tbilisi Open University (TOU).
Since 2019, Tamta is an accredited Mediator in Mtskheta Regional Court. Her Mediation practice includes: Labor, Neighborhood, Family and Inheritance disputes. (Also  specialized Mediator in Juvenile Justice)
Since 2020 – Accredited Mediator in Collective Labor Conflicts at Ministry of Internally Displaced Persons from the Occupied Territories, Labor Health and Social Affairs Georgia.
Professional Experience:
Since Sep. 2019 - up to date is employed at Georgian Bar Association, former Head of Administration (Acting) (01.2020-09.2020), former Coordinator of Committees (09.2019-12.2019).
From June, 2018 till June, 2020 - Pro-Bono Lawyer (GBA Pro-Bono Program for disabled people and people for Palliative Care needs)
From 2018 till 2019 - Senior Lawyer “PSK CONSTRUCTION” LLC ; from 2016-2019- Holding SMART CAPITAL – Senior Lawyer for the companies “ Kaz Property Management” LLC, “Select” LLC.
