Tatia Kvrivishvili - Mediator since 2017.

 

Doctor of Law, Mediator of Tbilisi City Court, Consultant of Chairman’s Bureau – Senior Specialist of 1st Category, co-founder and member of the Supervisory Board at NNLE “Professional Association of Court Officers of Georgia”.

Lawyer by profession, she holds Bachelor's, Master's and Doctor's degrees in Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University.

Since 2017, Tatia has undergone a 56-hour certification training for mediators conducted by the United Nations Development Program and the European Union for the Tbilisi City Court. 2016 - Central European University of Budapest (CEU), Mitchell Hamline School of Law - 34-hour training on: Alternative Dispute Resolution - mediation theory and skills.

From 2017 to present he is an accredited mediator at Tbilisi City Court.

 


She completed certificate courses in Human Rights Law at Strasbourg University and Poznań Human Rights Center; in Public Governance - at Malmö and Linköping Universities. In 2018 she was an invited researcher at the Faculty of Law of the Humboldt University of Berlin.

 

She is the author of a number of scientific works.
