       Tea Nadibaidze- mediator since 2025

 Tea Nadibaidze is a lawyer with over 12 years of professional experience in both the public and private sectors.


She began her career in 2009 at the Shida Kartli and Mtskheta-Mtianeti District Prosecutor’s Office as an intern. From 2012 to 2013, she worked as an intern at the Tbilisi Court of Appeals. Between 2014 and 2022, she continued her career at the Bolnisi District Court, first as a secretary and later as a judge’s assistant.

In 2022, she started working at the State Care and Assistance Agency for Victims of Trafficking as a regional lawyer, and since the same year, she has been employed as a regional lawyer at JSC Credo Bank, where she provides comprehensive legal support, including contract drafting and review, litigation, and legal risk assessment.


Tea Nadibaidze holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Business, and Law (with honors). In 2023–2024, she pursued studies at Chicago-Kent College of Law within the LL.M. program. Additionally, she has completed various professional development courses, including the Summer School on Justice (2018), the Council of Europe HELP Programme, among others.

She has successfully passed the Judicial Assistant Qualification Exam of the High School of Justice (2009), the Bar Qualification Exam with general specialization (2021), as well as an additional specialization in juvenile justice and child rights (2024). Tea Nadibaidze is a member of the Georgian Bar Association (ID No. 10851). Furthermore, in 2024–2025, she successfully completed the three-stage examination program of the Georgian Association of Mediators.
