Teona Kvirkashvili - mediator since 2025
Lawyer by profession, masters degree in private law. Currently, working as the manager of Parties’ Interests Protection and Mediation Department of the National Bureau of Enforcement(LEPL).
She has been working in the Justice system since 2015, including dispatate occupations at the National Bureau of Enforcement of the Ministry of Justice, among them, was the member of the commission established by the Minister of Justice’s Order No.1124 of August 22, 2016 for determining the status of registration documents for individuals.
In 2023, Teona completed a 60-hour mediation certification training program organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution(NCADR). She has passed the bar exam in the general specialization. Additionally, has completed the Training of Trainers(TOT) based on Cambridge methodology, joint certificate course-“employee Protection in the European Union” of the Faculty of Law of the University of Miskolc(Hungary) and the Caucasus International University, trainings on stress management, children's rights, personal data protection, and media spokesperson skills.
Her main interests of research are: public administration, enforcement law, family law, inheritance law, law of obligations and alternative dispute resolution.
