Tinatin Ukleba - Mediator since 2025
Lawyer by profession, masters degree in private law. Currently, working as the manager of Parties’ Interests Protection and Mediation Department of the National Bureau of Enforcement (LEPL), having many years of experience working in various positions at the National Bureau of Enforcement of the Ministry of Justice since 2011.
In 2023, Tinatin completed a 60-hour mediation certification training program organized by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR).
She has passed the bar exam in the general specialization. In addition, she has completed numerousprofessional trainings, including effective communication and management of strenuous situations, negotiation techniques, children’s rights and personal data protection.
Her main interests of research are: enforcement law, family law, inheritance law, law of obligations and alternative dispute resolution.
