David Makharadze - mediator since 2023
Currently the founder and director of the Financial and Accounting company "BEDACO".
David is an economist by profession and holds a diploma from Tbilisi State University of Economic Relations (TSUER), majoring in finance and banking.
In 2022, David has completed mediation certification training (60 hours) accredited by the Mediators Association of Georgia and conducted with the support of the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU). This training program is based on the training module for mediators developed with the support of the European Union (EU) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Part of the program materials was created with the support of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and within the framework of the East-West Management Institute (EWMI), Judicial Independence and Legal Empowerment Project (JILEP). As a result of an academic collaboration between the TSU National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (TSU NCADR) and the South Texas School of Law (STCLH) in Houston (USA), as well as by the Georgia Bar Association (GBA).
Professional experience: David has been the director of Financial and Accounting company “BEDACO” since 2015; In 2014-2015, he held the position of the chief accountant of the oil company “International Business Partnership” (IBP); In 2009-2014, he worked as a specialist in the finance department of “Socar Georgia Petroleum”; In 2007-2009, he held various positions in the banking sector.
