Irakli Tsurtsumia - mediator since 2023
Irakli Tsurtsumia is a highly experienced finance and banking professional with a career spanning nearly 20 years. He currently serves as the Deputy CEO of Eurocredit, a microfinance organization, where he is responsible for managing various aspects of the company's operations.
In addition to his role at Eurocredit, Irakli is also the head of the Regional Development Committee of the Small and Medium Business Development Association, where he works to promote the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
During his career, Irakli held senior positions in several financial institutions, including People's Bank, ProCredit Bank, TBC Bank and BTА Bank. He has also worked in the international fintech startup sector as a top manager and member of the supervisory board, as well as in a leasing company as a top manager. He also has experience working with international investors.
Irakli has extensive experience in SME and corporate business lending, risk management, fintech startups, which he acquired as a result of many years of active participation in the financial and banking sector. He is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the Grenoble Ecole de Management Executive MBA program.
Irakli has completed a 70-hour certification training in mediation conducted by the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NCADR) of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, accredited by the Association of Mediators of Georgia, and also participated in a number of university competitions related to mediation, both as a speaker and as an appraiser.
