Koka Didava - mediator since 2022
Currently, he is the executive of the Tbilisi Enforcement Bureau of the National Bureau of Enforcement.
He is a lawyer by profession, holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Technical University of Georgia. He holds a master's degree in local self-government from the Public University of Georgia (Gipa), and a master's degree from the Alte University Law School.
Since 2019, he has completed a 40-hour certificate training in mediation: with the joint support of the National Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution of Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU NCADR) and the Center of Law and Economics of Tbilisi Open University (TOU CoLE).The categories of Koka's mediation cases are: liability, civil, family,Inheritance, contractual, individual/collective labor legal and banking disputes.As for the professional experience: from 2014 - until now, executive of the Tbilisi Enforcement Bureau of the National Enforcement Bureau.
