Lasha Lursmanashvili - mediator since 2022

At the material time, in his capacity as a lawyer at "Tikadze Legal Consulting", Lasha Lursmanashvili provides various legal services and represents clients and other affected stakeholders before the courts and administrative bodies in civil and administrative law. In 2021-2022, Lasha completed the three-level certification program accredited by the Association of Mediators in Georgia. Lasha's relevant practice area of mediation includes matters related to contract and liabilities, family, inheritance and labour cases.

In 2019, Lasha Lursmanashvili obtained his B.A. (Hons) at the University of Georgia, followed by a Master's (Hons) in International Human Rights Law at Lund University in 2019-2021.

While pursuing his B.A. at the University of Georgia, Lasha Lursmanashvil qualified for the eighth finalists' rounds in the ICC Hong Kong Commercial Mediation Competition in 2018. In 2019 he made it to the finalist and subsequently one of the winners at the INADR Commercial Mediation Competition.

In addition to the practical experience, Lasha is also a Legal Research Fellow at Sulkhan-Saba Orbeliani University, where he taught at the Master's Level the subject "Qualification of hard cases at law in Judicial Practice." He is also a Legal Research Fellow at Eastern European University. His areas of doctrinal interest include General Jurisprudence and Philosophy of Law, Human Rights Law, and Theory of Private and Public Law.

Throughout his career, he has attended various training courses to further his legal education in France, Germany and Sweden. He has also passed the GBA Qualification Exams for Lawyers specializing in civil and administrative law.
